Wheel thrown porcelain canister and lid. All hand painted using underglazes. This image is based on a photograph I took of one of this year’s fledglings on my stone wall. Lid has been polished and is glazed yellow on the inside to match the beak of the blackbird. High fired and finished with a food safe clear transparent liner glaze. Yellow insert to foot ring. Measures 12cm H x 9cm wide at base narrowing to 5.6cm opening
