Shipping Policy

Every piece of ceramics takes days to make and shipping it safely so that arrives in the same condition is just as important.  All ware is carefully packed, double boxed in the case of ceramics, and using biodegradable packaging and cardboard where appropriate. 

​Shipping is by Royal Mail Standard, Parcelforce 48 for the larger pieces and DPD from 2023 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase or you've had a change of mind please return the item to me, in the same condition and in the same packaging provided. Please include a note describing the reason for the return. Upon safe receipt of the item a full refund will be given. If you wish to exchange the item please contact me beforehand
