Process for online orders and cancellations:
Ordering Process and contract formation
By completing and submitting an electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods, which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
Certain steps must be followed for a binding contract to be formed between us, which are described below:
After you have placed an order:-
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. Such email will contain confirmation of the goods you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us and at this
stage does not form a contract between us.
We will dispatch your goods the same day as ordered provided your order is placed and payment has been received before 4pm Monday-Friday or by 11am on Saturdays. All orders received after
4pm will be dispatched the next working day. (Bank Holidays excepted). At this point a binding contract is formed and you and we are obliged to fulfill our obligations under that binding
Please take note that we will only dispatch your orders once payment has been received. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is an issue with the payment process or with any
validation checks for your order, We will not accept your order if payment is not made. Where there are issues with the payment process your delivery may be delayed. We will advise
you of any delays by email.
We do not have to accept your order and in particular we will not accept your order if:
the goods in stock appear to be damaged;
your payment is not made;
there is an error on our website regarding the price or other description;
you have cancelled your order before we have dispatched it
In each of the above situations we will advise you by email and discuss alternative options
Cancelling an order before dispatch
You have the right to change your mind after placing an order and you can cancel it at any stage of the process before we have sent our Dispatch Email to you. Please see the
Contact Us page for our telephone number and email address. To cancel your order you will need to provide us with your name and address together with the Order number.
Returning goods after dispatch
Cooling off Period
When you order from us online you are entitled to a cooling period after your goods have been dispatched. During this cooling-off period you can return your goods without any charge.
Our cooling-off period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you, which includes any statutory cooling-off period.
This date starts from the day the contract is agreed and becomes legally binding and ends 14 days after the day following delivery of the goods
You are responsible for postal costs for all goods returned that are not deemed to be faulty by us following inspection

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition,
without any alteration, (for example engraving), including the box, where so supplied, within the cooling-off period.

Free Standard Delivery only applies to orders of £30 or more; Free Next Day Delivery applies to orders over £75 placed on the Beverly Todd Glass Artist
For Orders under £30.00 Standard Delivery will be charged at £2.50 per Order
To qualify for free delivery, the total amount of the goods order after any discount voucher is applied must be £30 (for Standard Delivery) or £75 (for Next Day Delivery)
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.
We can deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
If you cancel part of your order, the postage and packaging will be recalculated according to the postage rates above. This may affect your delivery charge payment if your
total order drops below the threshold for free delivery.
When will I receive my order?
For Standard Delivery we use Royal Mail First Class Signed For, service. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class post the next working day, they do not guarantee it.
For Next Day Delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm. This is a signed for service.
We aim to dispatch the same working day on all orders placed and paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday and by 11am on Saturdays (Excludes Bank Holidays)
We will make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with the timescales indicated in our Delivery Information page. We will not be held liable for any delays in
delivering your goods where such delays are beyond our control.

Our website shows goods available for purchase in the UK and Northern Ireland only.
All goods shown are in stock.
If a product becomes unavailable due to a fault being discovered by us we will withdraw the item from the website.
